H50 - Spanish Electric Guitar - 1947-1952 - Electric Archtop - Sunburst
1 pickup - "Grand Auditorium" size - One of the first Harmony electrics - Solid spruce top, solid maple body, 3 ply w/b/w heavy binding on body. Kluson tuners are rarely seen on Harmony guitars, but it seems many H50 were equiped with Kluson tuners from origin. Early models (pre-50) had f-holes in one part.

1 pickup - "Auditorium size", about 3"1/2 body depth - Check also Silvertone S1320, S1322, and Wards/Airline W8884.

1 pickup - replaced the H50, but with the new thin body and trussrod neck

H56 - Roy Smeck - 1954-1959 - Electric Archtop - Midnight Blue
Trussrod from 1956 - Solid birch body and top. Blue finish, with added "stardust gold" on later models (1958-59). H56 model number was later used for a very different Rocket model.

H57 - Roy Smeck - 1960-1962 - Electric Archtop - Sunburst
One P13 pickup - H57 has replaced both the H56 blue Roy Smeck and the H52 in the Harmony line. But has a solid spruce top, thin body (2 3/4), auditorium size (15 3/4) - trussrod neck. H58 is the two pickups version with blonde laminated top.

2 "tone emphasizer" pickups. Adjustable individual polepieces on models from ca. 1959. Auditorium size, trussrod, white pickguard, thin body (2.75 depth). Laminated spruce top, birch body.

H60 - Electric Archtop Cutaway - 1952-1955 - Electric Archtop - Sunburst
One "P13" pickup - full size body (3,5") with cutaway - Steel in neck but no adjustable trussrod. 4 ply bindings around top. This the first electric with cutaway proposed by Harmony. (H60 model number was later used on a Meteor thin line).

H62 - 1953-1964 - Electric Archtop - Sunburst or Blonde
2 pickups. Blonde model only in the catalogs but sunburst model exists and is not rare... New neck with trussrod in 1956. Body depth changes from 3 1/2" to 2 3/4" in 1960.

2 pickups. Older models with "Harmometal" aluminium trimming, until 1957. Thick White/Black/White bindings from 1958. New neck with trussrod in 1956. Body depth changes from 3 1/2" to 2 3/4" in 1960.

Cutaway body, 1 pickup, thin body (2"3/4) and unusual shorter scale (24"1/4). 6 ply bindings on top. Adjustable trussrod. Cousin version of the deeper and longer scale previous H60.
