I recieved one of these for Christmas in 1965.. I played it til about 1981 without an amp.. couldn't afford one til then. It has a very mellow sound quality.. still own it. - M - 2009-01-29

I'm into one too, Bought it at a second hand shop for $49.99. No pickguard as usual. The pair of De Armonds were there though, I've had it a week and it nearly back together... Still undecided whether to put the pickups on something more suitable. The Birdhand. - Slater - 2010-01-23
I got my 63 at a flea market. It is sweet. The adjustable bridge is pretty handy too. - Angus - 2011-06-28
Picked mine up in trade for some classy gold plated license plate frames($12) back in 1992. Not the original pickguard, but it works. Had a guy in florida refuse to work on it because he admitted he knew nothing about old guitars! - Jake - 2011-10-11

My first guitar was a Hollywood H41.Don't know the year it was made, but I really wish I still had it! I traded it for a Hagstrom Viking'65. Both were great guitars! I'd love to have another Hollywood!!! - NjMartin - 2014-05-12
I have one for sale if anyone is interested. Chicago-based. Harmony Hollywood Steel Reinforced Neck. Great condition. - Lonnie Barber - 2015-06-05
i bought my first harmony off eBay. It's an h41 as close as I can tell. Basically looks identical to these pictured here. Except for the headstock. Mine has what looks to be a diamond suspended from just below the Made In USA also a gold metal looking W or M or maybe a crown. Any ideas? - Eddie - 2017-04-21
I inherited mine from my step-father. I grew up listening to him play it all the time. It's currently in the shop having some TLC done to it. It's the only one I've ever seen with a factory tremolo. - moapys - 2017-05-21
To anyone who has performed (or had done) neck-work; how playable was the resulting outcome? I saw that these have a truss rod...but is it adjustable? THX - Jeffrey Miller - 2017-10-13

Looking for a bridge and pick guard for mine. Know where to find parts. Pretty beat up but still sounds amazing running through a box amp
