Red White Blue design on headstock, Eagles decals on front and back of body. Stamped H985. Close cousin of the H1214 popular Archtone model.
H1056 - Western - Acoustic flatop - Stenciled on sunburst - 5
All birch 3/4 sized guitar. Same scene as the larger Montgomery Wards 1957-58 "Lariat" guitar. This one was not sold by Wards, but I'm not sure it's a "Rex" branded guitar either... The same stencil was used associated with "Round-up" and "Stampede" named guitars, from 1939 to 1958...
