Brand : Harmony "est. 1892" - (after 1975) - Asian made, Harmony branded guitars
Guitars shown below were made by Harmony and sold under the Harmony "est. 1892" brand. It doesn't mean that all Harmony "est. 1892" guitars were made by Harmony.

Harmony made in USA never had the "est.1892" words added after the Harmony brand. The "Harmony est.1892" section is dedicated to Asian made Harmony guitars.

  • Electric solid body
    • H732 (1985) - - Electric solid body - Brown satin - images 1
      Made in Asia (Japan ?). Advertised as "Deluxe 'Paul' copy". Two double coils pickups.
    • H666 (1985) - "Flying V" style - Electric solid body - Gloss Brown - images 1
      Made in Asia (Japan ?). Gibson "Flying V" style copy. 3"1/2 deep body. "deluxe" version of the H814.
    • H814 (1985) - "Flying V" style - Electric solid body - Cherry red - images 12
      Made in Asia (Japan ?). Gibson "Flying V" style copy. 2" deep body. A "deluxe" version was available as H666.
    • H801 (1985) - 801 - Electric solid body - Suburst, red, blue - images 40
      Made in Asia (Japan ?). One pickup version of the more common H802 electric. One chrome plated pickup. Trussrod neck, ebonized fingerboard with zero fret and dots. Different colors were available. Made in Japan. A similar model was sold under the brand "Marquis by Harmony" in Simpson-Sears catalog in Canada.
    • H802 (1985) - H802 blue - Electric solid body - Blue - images 6
      This blue version of the H802 was sold by Simpson-Sears catalog in Canada, for CAD. $99.98 in 1985.
    • H80T (1985) - H80T - Electric solid body - images 15
      Made in Asia (Japan ?). Advertised as "Deluxe 'Strat' copy". Three single coil pickups, 5-way switch. Was available as sunburst or black, and (at a different period, later ?) in a tan/cream color.
    • H802 (1985-1987) - 802 - Electric solid body - Sunburst - images 52
      Early models wereb made in Japan, two chrome plated pickups, two switches. Trussrod neck, ebonized fingerboard with zero fret and dots. Sunburst is the most common but some other colors may have been available. H801 is the one pickup model. Later evolutions were from a different origin, numbered 2815 (sunburst), 2813 (white) and 2814 (black), without switches and different "strat style" pickups. Be careful when identifying /comparing these models, you may find lots of small variations through the years (body shape, pickguard shape..). The H802 "original" model has cream plastic tuner bushings. Variations on this entry level model are still made today.
    • H804 (1987 (approx)) - H804 - Electric solid body - Black or white - images 28
      Evolution of the H802 model in black or white. Two "Strat style" single coil pickups, always in circuit, no switch. Later models 2813 and 2814 were very similar, but made in a different workshop (country ?), with slightly different bridges and tailpieces. Variations on this entry level model are still made today.
    • 2813 (1990 (approx)) - 2813 - Electric solid body - White - images 16
      Made in Asia (China ?). Looks like the older H802, but in detail everything is different. Two single coil "strat style" pickups, without switches. 2814, 2815 are the black or sunburst versions. Check also earlier model H804. Variations on this entry level model are still made today.
    • 2814 (1990 (approx)) - 2814 - Electric solid body - Black - images 14
      Made in Asia (China ?). Looks like the older H802, but in detail everything is different. Two single coil "strat style" pickups, without any switch. 2813 and 2815 are the white or sunburst versions. Check also earlier model H804. Variations on this entry level model are still made today.
    • 2815 (1990 (approx)) - 2815 - Electric solid body - Sunburst - images 3
      Made in Asia (China ?). Looks like the older H802, but in detail everything is different. Head says "since 1892" instead of "est 1892". Two single coil "strat style" pickups, without switches. 2813 and 2814 are the white and black version. Variations on this entry level model are still made today.
  • Acoustic flatop

      Made in Korea. Electro-acoustic dreadnought guitar with a magnetic pickup at the end of the fretboard, reminding older USA made H40, H55, H655 models. See also H160E.
    • H6810 - Flat top - Acoustic flatop - Natural
      Made in Korea
    • H160E - Electro-acoustic - Acoustic flatop - Natural Brown - images 17
      Made in Korea. Electro-acoustic dreadnought guitar with a magnetic pickup at the end of the fretboard, reminding older USA made H40, H55, H655 models (but named like the famous Gibson J160E). See also H162E.

    • 1016 (2000 (approx)) - Buck Owens reissue - Acoustic flatop - Red, white, blue - images 10
      Reissue in years 2000 of the "Buck Owens" model sold by Sears & Roebucjk catalog in 1970 (See model 3219 under the Silvertone brand). Apart from the color scheme, this reissue is very different, and doesn't wear the Buck Owens name on the head, where you can read "Harmony Sovereign", without the usual "est 1892" specific to asian made guitar. This was proposed by the "MBT International" company. - (based on Harmony 3219)
    • H6364 (2000 (approx)) - H6364 - Acoustic flatop - Black - images 6
      "Authentic Reissue" guitar, made in Asia, based on the H164, proposed by "MBT International" in the 2000 years. H6364N is the same model in natural finish.
    • H6364N (2000 (approx)) - H6364N - Acoustic flatop - Natural - images 6
      "Authentic Reissue" guitar, made in Asia, based on the H164, proposed by "MBT International" in the 2000 years. H6364 is the same model in black.
