1940 catalog says redish mahogany stain but one model exists in a dark green transparent finish. Contrasting stencil. Slotted head. All birch construction.

I have my dad's, with the cloth case. Dad played for ya when we were small. Just had it cleaned and restrung. It took a beating after dad died by my brother's kids. When my brother died, I got it. Lot' of memories. Beautiful guitar.
