I've never seen a cool guitar like this!!(I'm taling about two-tone archtop) - Frank Overbey - 2007-06-07
I just bought what I think is a H1221. It is the same size as my 60s Stella, but has a natural spruce top, mohogany stained sides, tortoise bat-wing pickguard, and the chrome Stella-like tailpiece. There is no paper label on the inside. When you look through the soundhole there is a very smal 412 stamp. When you look on the inside up toward the neck there is a 7677H1221 stamp. I would like to know if this is a USA Harmony and when it was made. If someone has copies of the old catalogs, it would be really helpful if they could be scanned and place on the web in a format big enough to read. overbey@infionline.net - Joe - 2007-12-27
