I have one of these. Found it at a flee market in 1978 and still have it today 2010. Love it. The bridge guard is broken and I will be looking for a new one. enjoy - axmaker - 2011-10-03
I have two of these.one is in mint condition. I bought from the original owner. The other I rebuilt from a carcass from ebay. The latter is 59-60 I think because it has the extra position markers on the 3rd and 24th fret. - Tad - 2013-05-06
Mine is date stamped 53. Perhaps one of the very first ones François?
Beautiful condition, Beautiful tone! Only one small chip in the pearloid on the edge of the back.
