My Harmony Patrician model H172 is also stamped S45. When it was given to me I was told it was unusual because it had a spruce top. Spruce was rare during WWII because of its use as airplane propellers and ship's rigging.

Bought a H172 today,May 1,2014.It sounds very good and I think I'm going to play it for a long time.
