H6415 - Archtone
Acoustic archtop - Sunburst
Production year(s) : 1972-1975 (other years possible, not verified)
Seventies version of the H1215 - It seems very last models (1975) had simple white painted bindings instead of the triple line, and a simpler headstock. Some different (made in japan ?) tuners were used too.

I just bought a 6415. Have strung it with medium strings, and love the way it sounds. Very cool guitar! #0042 built in Summer of 72. - - 2009-04-04
just strung one up for a young guy (was his great grandpa's guitar)...plays nice and true with medium phosphorus coated strings. - terryd - 2010-09-23
I recently found an H6415 in near mint unplayed condition w/ case. The arc of the bridge was way off from the curvature of the top, so I carefully sanded it down to conform. This must have been one of the last few made, w/ a simple peghead, single line edge & hinged tailpiece. It has a subdued, intimate voice, & is fun to play when the world quiets down at night. - Frank (UK) - 2010-12-02
Have owned my H6415 for about 5 years now, love it to bits, I have constructed a new finger plate with a schaller pickup and volume and tone controls all attached to the guard which can be removed and the guitar returned to normal appearance It ha s a wonderfully warm gibson type tone when played through an amp . I purchased a new tortoise guard from the US as my original one was damaged when the guitar was posted from the US. ( note: anyone posting one should TAKE OFF the finger guard. I recently took the guitar to a local Luthier to have the fret edges smoothed as they were quite sharp . He set the neck and made the playing perfect again. I would not change it for any other guitar and I have had quite a few in my life... very nice to see a dedicated site best wished top all Harmony owners - Shakey - 2016-07-28
