H655 - Sovereign with neck pickup
Acoustic flatop
Production year(s) : 1972-1975 (other years possible, not verified)
Pickup at the end of the fretboard. Later version of the H40/H55. Note the fretboard is longer, and soundhole is lowered if compared to the H1203 or other pure acoustics. Pickup is a DeArmond, variation of the "double-mustache" seen on slim line elctrics. 2 screws hold it in place.

I have had this H655 for about 15yrs, I really like this guitar, both sound and looks, could be on any western music show, but after some frustration and stress I realized that at over 55 and having working mans hands, my fingers were not up to traveling up and down the neck.
