I have the H1222 and it plays great. At the time I found it in a dumpster, cleaned it up changed the strings, the sound is crisp and clear, not made to be played loud, The sound stays close to the body. I have a tacoma, fender acoustic, ovasion, and a taylor guitar. this is one of my favorite ones. Great for classical, jazz. thanks for your help on finding out more about this guitar. - timbone - 2009-12-16

I got my Archtone H1222 Cherry Burst model for Christmas in 1966 when I was 12 years old and I still have it.The Archtone sounds sweeter as time goes by,I'll never part with it,Bill Gates doesn't have enough money to get it from me.
