I have one that is the same color, with the Lombardi logo. I bought it in 1965, from a pawn shop.
The full set of numbers are 3224H1224
I would love to know when it was made!

I too have one with the name "Lombardi" screened on the headstock. It's neck is hopelessly twisted so I converted it to a lap steel. It functions well as a steel guitar and my next step is to add a pickup. Serial # is 4268, has the war-years wooden tailpiece. I am curious as to what rrtail outfit sold these "Lombardi" tagged instruments.
