The H1115 pictured here is mine, bought on October 6th, 2008 from a charity shop in Scotland. It was dusty and wouldn't tune, but I found the bridge had been wrongly set. I re-set it so that the distance between the nut and the 12th fret equalled that of 12th fret to the bridge, re-tuned it and now it sounds great, in tune right up the neck.
These parlour ('parlor') sized guitars sound really well-balanced, especially for fingerstyle, so what might have been just a 69 year-old ornament is going to get some regular use!
Thanks, François for helping me to identify it. Although the model number inside reads 3404 1116, this seems to be a mistake as the catalogue shows it's a 1115. Also, the date stamp shows 'F39', so maybe this range ran from at least that year.

Just picked up one of these. Awesome sound for being that old of a guitar.

I just bought one of these on ebay. It has a lot of wear on it a crack in the back and looks like the top is folding in round the soundhole. Amazingly, although this has made the action high, the neck itself is very straight and the guitar sounds great. Martin, if you are still looking at this forum, you may like to know the serial number on mine is 3164. Also, look carefully at your model number - I thought mine said 1116 (it is clearly a 1115 panel), but looking closely it is a smudged 5! If anyone is interested I will post pics as the project progresses. Rob
