I have this exact guitar...i think. i was wondering if there's anymore information you have about this guitar because i can't find it anyway. Thanks!

I just took in a repair that is very similar. This is a Supertone with exactly the same mahogany construction and burst finish, except that the headstock overlay and pickguard are mother-of-toilet-seat. This is a model F33 according to the label.

I have this exact guitar; identical in every way except from the fact that mine has no scratch plate and for that matter, I can't see any evidence that it ever had one - no screw holes or damage to the finish where one might have been mounted. Are you aware of such a model.
The number 1884 is stamped into the top of the headstock.
    Amazing website!
Ooooops - Just discovered the holes, where the scratch plate went!! Someone has done a very good job of filling them!

I think I have this guitar. I'm about to get it cleaned and polished and re-strung. After that I'll find out the numbers. It has a beautiful shape and melodic tone. I've had it for about 50 years and bought it 2nd hand. Always kept it because of its sound.
