Based on the Harmony H19, but without vibrato, and with wooden bridge. Double mustache angled pickups (different from the Silvertone version).

  This site was extremely helpful in identifying an H19 for a longtime friend. This particular guitar is in decent shape and works great except could use some new tuners. Other than that the pickups are like a travel back in time.
