One was given to me after a friend's father passed away, it was tucked back in a corner of the basement. It hadn't been played in a long time and needed some serious cleaning. The guitar is in excellent shape and it sounds like a dream. I have many guitars and I will tell you this, it sounds better than any of my Taylors, it's a great guitar.

Purchased mine in 1972 an H6382. A beautiful guitar to play especially slide with a glass bottleneck. Love playing John Fahey/Leo Kottke style - tone is perfect and as Mike commented, it does sound better than a Taylor. Recently tried a few Martins but this 37 year old Regal sounds better. Just fitted a Fishman Rare Earth Humbucker pickup and feeding through a Marshall AS50D - absolute heaven.
