All birch body (solid woods). H1214 - Archtone (1951-1964) - Acoustic archtop - Blonde ivory, faux flame Ivory painted with faux-flame. All birch body (solid woods). H1215 - Archtone (1944-1971) - Acoustic archtop - Sunburst One of the most popular archtop models. All birch construction (solid woods). Top grained to ressemble spruce, faux-flame on sides and back. Double faux-bindings lines on body edge, then triple line from about 1958. New model number H6415 in 1972. H1213 and H1214 are similar with different finishes. H1215T - Archtone tenor (1956-1971) - Acoustic archtop - Sunburst Tenor version (4 string, tuned CGDA) of the H1215 (6 strings). All birch construction. H1222 - Archtone - Acoustic archtop Acoustic archtop, similar to H1215 ? H6415 - Archtone (1972-1975) - Acoustic archtop - Sunburst Seventies version of the H1215 - It seems very last models (1975) had simple white painted bindings instead of the triple line, and a simpler headstock. Some different (made in japan ?) tuners were used too.

Light sunburst finish with block painted fret markers. Not easy to track in Sears catlogs, it was from a period where Sears alternates sales between similar Kay and Harmony made guitars. This one being the Harmony version. Silvertone 623 - Archtop (Archtone) distributed by Sears & Roebuck (1961-1962) - Acoustic archtop - shaded Painted block fret markers. Similar to Harmony Archtone line (H1213). It replaces the similar previous model 710 with dot neck. Silvertone 702 - Archtop (Archtone) distributed by Sears & Roebuck (1951-1958) - Acoustic archtop - Blonde faux flame All birch archtop finished in bonde with faux-flame, similar to the Harmony "Archtone" series. Black pickguard. Silvertone 710 - Archtop (Archtone) distributed by Sears & Roebuck (1954-1959) - Acoustic archtop - Sunburst All birch archtop finished in sunburst, similar to the Harmony "Archtone" series. Fretboard with dots. Black pickguard. It looks like the 710 model was alternatively build by Kay and harmony through the years. One seen with a H35 stamp. Holiday 9236 - Nassau archtop (Archtone) distributed by Aldens (1965-1967) - Acoustic archtop - Sunburst Standard archtop (Based on similar Harmony Archtone serie) SS Stewart Carmencita - Archtop (Archtone) distributed by B & J (ca 1941-1942) - Acoustic archtop - Sunburst This guita, distributed by B&J and sold under the S.S. Stewart brand, was also sold with a "J.W. Johnson" signature logo instead of S.S. Stewart, stamped H1268 inside. A 1942 sample known with the "faux-spruce" blonde finish they used on top during war on some models, back remaining sunburst.
